We oversee every aspect of the event planning process and provide full coordination on the day of the event. Here, we get to undertake some activities such as ;event research,theming and budget creation,vendor sourcing,negotiations and management,event logistics preparations,program development and post event evaluation report.
*Event coordination- This is for the clients who have already planned their event and done vendor sourcing but still need a well coordinated event day. We come in and give expert advice on the already made plans and offer full day coordination.Some of the activities that we undertake to ensure a well coordinated day are: Event logistics management, Time and resource management, speakers and entertainers management, vendor management, post event evaluation report, overall overseeing of the event and on ground problem solving.
*Event consultancy- Ideal for clients who wish to plan their own events but would like expert advice before commencing the process. We offer a few hours of guidance on how to plan, theme and budget for your event effectively. We also recommend vendors who have a good track record of offering effective services for your consideration.
*Event theming and styling-We theme and style events according to the event concept. Our goal is to ensure that the appearance of your event clearly communicates the idea behind the event.
